I have my ooma hooked into AT&T high speed. For the last week I get the ooma working for a few hours, then it loses connectivity and kicks me off the internet connection. As soon as I buy pass the ooma - my internet connection comes back online.

Any suggestions?

Connect a computer to the Home port of the Ooma box.
Connect to http://setup.ooma.com
Select the Network page.
Click the radio button for Use built in MAC address.
Click apply.
Turn off modem and ooma.
If the modem is also a phone line adapter it has a built in battery so instead of turning it off you have to push the reset button.
Turn on the modem and wait for sync with your ISP.
Turn on Ooma and wait until it is stable.
Turn on the rest of your equipment.
