Incoming Call with Calling Card

Post by jatman » Sun Aug 01, 2010 11:43 am

I am having a problem with incoming calls from Canada.
When the person in Canada uses a calling card, the call shows up
as a "missed call" in the call logs, however it seems to be
immediately disconnected.
If the person in Canada calls direct - then there is no problem.
I have read about issues with calling cards to distance countries, but
was not expecting to have a issue with incoming calling cards from Canada.

The worst part is - I can adjust to outgoing issues, but incoming calls
are out of my control. Incoming calls should not have any issue, regardless of how
the call is originated.

I would suggest you contact CS with details of the missed calls.

I have successfully received calls from someone using a calling card, but it was in this country.

Hello,

What happens if you disable anonymous call block?

Thanks a Lot !!!

It works - after I disabled anonymous call block.
I guess it might have been enabled by default.
