Telo - #1 & #2 Flashing, no DT, no incoming
This morning all incoming calls ended up in voicemail without ringing my phone. I had no dial tone for outbound calls. When I checked Telo, the network appeared fine (blue), my message light was blinking BUT... lines 1 & 2 were flashing amber (or pink?). After I discovered this, I power cycled the Telo and the system came back up back up.
Any ideas on what happened?
BTW, is there a keypad combo to cause a "soft" reboot without requiring me to pull the power cord?

Re: Telos - #1 & #2 Flashing, no DT, no incoming
Hello,
In view of the log, there was a software update pushed out to your telo. Sometimes it could be in the middle of performing an upgrade(depending on network congestion) or it maybe stuck - similar to Windows at times.
Regarding a soft boot, there is no key sequence control from the customer's perspective.

Thanks for your response.
Apparently this update didn't address the issue with call-blocked calls not appearing in the outgoing call log.
