Incoming call not in call logs, VM email from GV

Today I just received a phone call from what I believe is Google Voice. It shows up in my phone's caller ID, but when I go to my.ooma it is not there in my call logs. How can I block this, if Ooma doesn't acknowledge the call? I have no clue who this person is and from the message it sounds like telespam.
