cannot receive incoming calls

I am new to Ooma, I can make outgoing calls without any problems but it seems I cannot make calls into my number. I get the message that the number is not accepting calls at this time. Am I missing something simple?

Make sure your voicemail (envelope button on hub) is not on. Press and hold down this button for a few seconds and it will turn off.
This is the privacy button and sends all calls to voicemail.

Thanks, but it is off...maybe i need to disconnect the hub and reconnect it as i did have the privacy button on for a little bit a few days ago. Regardless, the calls do not go to my voicemail, it just gives a messgae that the person i have called is not accepting calls at this time.
