I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this:

An unanswered, outside caller goes to my OOMA voice mail. He/she leaves a message, and then fails to properly hang up their phone. OOMA voice mail will eventually put out a "thank you" message, but will not disconnect the call. The outside caller stays connected. No "off hook" sirens or other indication of a problem.

Seems to me that OOMA should disconnect the line. Would like to know if anyone else experiences this, or is it just my equipment?

Mine does the same. I don't know why but it's getting bothersome because the busy tones heard on the speaker don't stop until you pick up the phone...

I'm being patient with the ooma, but getting aggravated.

Has either one of you contacted customer support?
ooma doesn't know a problem exists unless someone tells them!
