I have a person wanting to call me from Australia. She insists that she gets a message that the call is blocked on my Ooma Premier line. Will the call show as blocked if I don't have any money in my Prepaid Account or should I be able to RECEIVE an international call regardless?

I have NOT tried making an international call.

Do you have anonymous call block enabled?

You can go to My Ooma>Prefernces>Privacy> uncheck the box & allow some time for your config to update. Then try having them call you again.

Oops, I did have anonymous call block checked. I'll turn it off and see if that works.
