Log into the ooma.com lounge. Click on the add-ons tab. Click on the Number Port item. On the right, choose Number Port Price: $39.99** or Number Port + Premier Price: $99.99 Annual Subscription. And fill out the Number Port info and enter the number you want to port before you click the add to cart button.

What exactly do you mean by "forward"?
To simply forward your number to ooma and still keep your old service add call forwarding to your old number to ooma number.
If you want caller id to show on ooma you also need to have Caller ID on your old number.
