Silent voicemail messages

It looks like people have mentioned this before, but I want to say it again, please make it possible to block silent voicemail messages. These are all or almost all Robo calls. Thank you

While blocking silent messages would be the best solution, another helpful thing would be to make it possible to increase the minimum time of messages to a time greater than 5 seconds. Increasing the time to five seconds significantly reduces the number of Robo calls, so changing it to seven or more seconds could also be helpful. Thank you
