Government and many business sites use Microsoft Teams. many reject Ooma dial in calls, because Microsoft does not recognize stir/shaken attestation.
please let Microsoft know you are a valid provider and that they should comply with stir shaken. A MS Teams call can call a person's phone

Re: Get Microsoft Teams to accept ooma as valid provider
All (U.S.) phone service providers must register with the FCC, and file detailed descriptions regarding their implementations of STIR/SHAKEN and robocall mitigation, in a publicly accessible database. They can refuse calls from those providers who didn’t register with the FCC, but not from those providers who do.
Ooma has met these requirements. Microsoft Teams can't refuse their calls for this reason. However, their tenants and end users can still block calls for any reason, in much the same way that Ooma users can.
