My wish list: :

I have a need for a dedicated fax line. Problem if I hook up a fax to my OOMA the fax will pickup the line when a fax comes in and my voice mail won't work.

I would like to see OOMA make a device like the OOMA handset that will provide a second line for the purpose of a dedicate fax line or to hook up a second phone to a second party device. It would be nice to have it wireless like the OOMA handset. I don't mind paying for the premiere service just want some better options.

Second wish: When you put a person on hold to answer a call the party hears nothing indicating they are on hold.

I would like have a voice message saying “ Please wait a person will be back as soon as possible” or better yet some music. I talked to OOMA support today and the put me on hold and I hear some great music which made my hold time more pleasurable.

I love my OOMA service and I think it is a bargain but things can always be better

To me, these feature requests sound very business-like in nature and not personal as the ToS promotes.
