There isn't an export to .csv in this version of Outlook.
I tried using the .vcf export file from Outlook but ooma did not recognize it.
Any ideas?

Re: Import from Outlook 2010
I figured it out.
1. Go to the File Tab and then:
2. Options
3. Advanced
4. Export
Choose CSV file format and OOMA will import it.
The first time I tried to go to Save As under the File Tab which gave me the option of the VCF file. There is still not an answer as to why the OOMA import of a VCF file did not work. Until then, use the above procedure.

Meanwhile, using your phone number as your login ID may attract undesirable calls. Call Customer Service to change your ID here..
Re: Import from Outlook 2010
I didn't have any problem importing my address book from Outlook 2010 to my Ooma contacts list but now that they are there, what can I do with them? I thought I would be able to dial somehow from the list or something but it appears that all I can do is add, delete and look at the list only unless I am missing something here. I have had my Ooma for one full day and this is my first post on this forum so be gentle with me
Update:
I think I found the answer to my queston. I think you need an Ooma handset to take advantage of your Outlook address book. It appears an Ooma handset will let you dial numbers in your Outook book.
