DND functionality while on a call

I have a feature request. While I like having an instant second line and the ability to take incoming calls on another hanset when a second call comes in, sometimes I'd prefer not to have call waiting or second line ring interuptions when I'm on an important call.

It would be nice if you could press the Do Not Disturb button for two seconds during a call to direct any subsequent inbound calls directly to voicemail. When I tried this earlier today though, it wasn't possible. It only works if you turn on the DND feature prior to taking/initiating the first call.

Thanks!

Lol, nice avatar :)

The send-to-voicemail function should work without DND being turned on -- even when there's a call in progress on the first line. I gave it a try on my desk Hub and Scout, and it worked OK. Does send-to-voicemail work if you have a single incoming call to your Hub or Scout?

Yes, Send to Voicemail does work when the second line rings, but I was hoping to be able to activate the DND feature while on a call so that subsequent incoming calls wouldn't even ring through. When I do this though, the first call drops and I get an Ooma dialtone.

Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
