Can you add a button on the call log page that allows users to block calls (permanent and temporary). The button would have the ability to add the number to the blacklist.

Also, I would like the ability to add ranges to the blacklist. Example: 867-714-0001 - 867-714-0021

In your Call Log, click on the first icon in the far right column adjacent to the number you wish to Blacklist and it will be added automatically.
