Did not realize when I signed up that my legal name John would be used for outbound caller ID .
When I called to get it changed they wanted to charge $20 what a ripoff. Won't pay that so I had to block the outbound caller ID. If the instructions would have clearly stated this I would have used BOB.
Up until now everything has been fantastic.

I recommend that you call Customer Support and have them change your forum ID to something else.

530...., it does cost money for Ooma to provision your callerid. I've heard something like $10 or more to 3rd party many years ago so it must cost at least that today plus Ooma has to build in some cost buffer for processing, support overhead etc.
