Community blacklist exception numbers
I would be quite astonished if the community blocklist blocked "all 1-800 calls". I have community blocklist set to "block calls" and I still get calls from companies I do business with that have toll-free caller ID numbers.

Re: Community blacklist exception numbers
Community blacklist is essentially useless. It blocks numbers that I need to allow, such as calls from the Webex teleconferencing service. I wonder what percentage of Ooma users have it disabled!
Re: Community blacklist exception numbers
If Webex is one of those "free" conferencing systems that charges exorbitant connection fees to Ooma, then Ooma has probably blocked it outright.

Well, the reply from Tom says it is actively being worked on. But that was December, 2012!MLXXXp wrote:Here's one thread about whitelisting:dccsb wrote:Has anyone from Ooma replied to the requests?

Here's a reply in the above thread by Tom B of Ooma:

Here's the actual post from Bobby B of Ooma, referenced in the above thread. (Only "Wildcarding for blacklists", has been implemented, so far.):

Re: Community blacklist exception numbers
No new information from me. I just want to add my name to the petition for a WHITELIST feature.
When I'm at work (a large Public University) I cannot call home when I have community blacklist enabled. I find this ridiculous!
