Enter it as 3673345. Currently your entry has a leading 1.

Thank you, Tom! My bad (I should've checked that). I used the blacklist button in My Ooma to add it, so that should be fixed (compensate for non-standard numbers when using that button in My Ooma).

When I go into My Ooma- beta, and try to edit the number I get this:

.... Save

"}

Which browser are you using? When clicking edit on a blacklist number the number should be grayed out. To change the number you need to delete/re-add.

It's Firefox, and it's worked before. I will try with a different machine. It worked with Rekonq (Linux browser). Wish it had formatted the number correctly when I clicked the blacklist button in My Ooma. I'll have to remember next time.

That bug has been fixed. If you delete the blacklist entry and re-add it using the 'add to blacklist' button in the call logs you should see it now adds without the leading 1.

That's great. (Because I knew that I'd forger to check.) Thanks, Tom.

Getting more junk calls again. I blacklisted a couple. When I went into the BETA MyOoma and tried to enable the community blacklist, and change the handling action for the personal blacklist, I got this (and I tried twice):

The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

I just enabled the Community Blacklist and changed the Personal Blacklist to Continuous Ring (from Send to Voice Mail) without any issues. I am using Beta with Firefox.

This morning I had a spoofed call which showed MY OWN number was calling? Is that a standard ploy?

I've been using the blacklisting feature for about 6 months now, and have been quite satisfied - very few calls.
