Greatly appreciate the ooma product. I would find it useful to have rollover ability from the main number to other ooma numbers (or to a cell phone for that matter) if the main number is busy or simply call forwarding. Currently, I see that it goes to voicemail. Obviously, control over the sequence of numbers and which numbers to use would be nice.

Yes I have the same question. I have ooma at my house and I love it. But I would like to setup ooma at the business. I have 4 lines of service and basic setup would be easy 4 line equals 4 voicemail boxes after ringing period ended. But I want something more 3 of these lines I would like the option to forward if busy into loop 1 to 2 to 3 to 1. I really don't care about voicemail on these three lines.
