Format of voicemail notifications

I would like to see the format of voicemail notifications changed to include the caller info that is currently part of the Subject as part of the body.
Reason: SMS messages (at least on Verizon and Republic Wireless) do not include the Subject info in the SMS message, so SMS notifications do not indicate the caller info, only that a voicemail has been received.
Current format of messages:
-----
From: <notify-1234567890@ooma.com>
Date: Thu, 17 Aug 2017 23:34:07 +0000 (GMT-00:00)
To: <test@oomanetworks.com>
Subject: New VM from Caller ID [0987654321] (7 sec)
Listen via phone: 6505554321 then press * or online: http://my.ooma.com
-----
What I receive as a text on Verizon or Republic Wireless (Republic doesn't have the leading ") " in the body):
-----
From: <notify@ooma.com>
) Listen via phone: 6505554321 then press * or online: http://my.ooma.com

What I propose the format be:
-----

This preserves the subject for email recipients for whom the subject is visible, but also provides the caller info to SMS recipients for whom the subject is omitted.
