Request for Voicemail Calls to be Listed in Call Log

In addition to voicemail calls currently going to voicemail inbox, would like to see specifics of all voicemail calls also listed in the Call Log. Alternatively, could have voicemail action option to add only selected/checked voicemail(s) to Call Log.

I agree with this. As administrator of the account, I really need to be able to see which calls have not been answered by specific users and for some reason, these calls are not showing up in the call log that I can see, they only show up on the specific users account or on the app if you are using that.

Your Ooma Mobile app for iPad and the app for Android already keep a “recent” list split between “mobile” and “home” that includes both voicemail and non-voicemail calls. Using similar logic and cobbling the two sub-lists into one Call Log list for the desktop app would seem to fulfill this request.
