Most people today assume that a phone number can receive texts. Surely Ooma could add this feature. It's got to be keeping some from signing up and leading others to consider dropping the service.
I'm a premier user, have been for four years. For so many reasons I really like Ooma - but this one critical missing feature is making me consider other options.
The texts wouldn't even have to show up on my phone, just bounce it to my email as is currently done with voice messages. That's got to be doable.
Seems to me this ought to be #1 on the list of features to be added.
