I am slowly making the switch from Magicjack to Ooma and the one complaint i am getting from my wife is with MJ we have a unit plugged into a spare iMac and when someone calls the Magicjack window pops up and shows who is calling.I can leave that on that iMac 24/7 but my only option with Ooma is to leave my dashboard open which would allow someone other than myself to add a service or make changes to my settings or account.With the Majicjack app on my iMac i can add contacts and call voicemail and other such things but the app don't allow access to my actual account where changes can be made without my consent.Ooma is great and could blow other competitors out of the water but with lack of advertising they are unknown to many people and the only way i found out about Ooma was seeing the box beside the Majicjack's at WallyMart.
