I like to not have my name and number displayed when I call people, especially people I don't know. So I have caller ID shut off. However many folks don't accept calls from blocked numbers. Some of my contacts are like that, and it would be nice if they knew it was me.
I know I can *82 for calls, but that's a bother. A feature I would like to see is "block caller ID except when calling contacts, then display."
Seems that would be a SMOP (Simple Matter of Programming) and easy to implement. Anyone else like this idea?
