We get a lot of unwanted robo calls and sales calls. If I'm not at my desk top computer, which is most of the time, I'm not going to remember to block the number later. Would be great to be able to handle this from the handset right when it happens, even if I am at my desk!
The ideal would be to provide a soft button for this on incoming calls. Alternatively, could be added to the options menu when an incoming call is selected in the log on the handset.
Probably the main reason I pay for premier service is the call blocking function, which would be much more valuable if could be activated from my handset.
