- Ability to Upload Recorded Greetings to Individual Extensions. I have several standard voice mail greetings on my personal extension (normal, out of office at meeting, on vacation) that I can upload as needed. Ooma requires me to re-record messages each time it needs to be changed.

Do you have Office?
