actual customer support and retention
been an ooma customer for 6 years. own 2 units, a US and CA one.
Was told I can't get a CA number/E911 service on the US unit.
Told to purchase a new one.
the only "offer" made was "free shipping", was hoping for a bit more, you know, something actually useful. Oooma is a very expensive and very limited piece of hardware.
walked on over to St*ples and purchased a m*gic ja*k, on sale for 39.99. 1/4 the price of the ooma, 2X the features, 0X the constant, constant spam.
I don't want premiere service.
I don't trust ooma to "secure" my internet
I don't trust ooma to "secure" my home with "security"
invest a little in customer service and retention, before spamming existing customers with stuff they don't want.
