stop 2nd line ringing

I have installed a Ooma Telo and Linx for my mother (aged 89). She also has Omma Premier. I turned off call waiting. But her 2nd phone rings when she is talking on one of her two handsets. I would like a way to stop this. Perhaps send the incoming call to voicemail?
