Feature Request: The Ooma Telo I received a couple of years ago is NOT easy to clean the dust off of (let alone other smudges, dirt, and grime), not with rubbing alcohol, not with plain water, or even Pledge's Multi-Surface Cleaner product. It's the worst design choice I have ever had the horror of witnessing. It's really a very odd surface material. I would have much preferred glossy or matte plastic.

If you can't change the surface material of the Ooma Telo White (especially) or the Ooma Telo Air, at least provide adequate instructions on how to successfully clean it.

I think the Ooma forums are dead, in the sense that Ooma people never respond.
They want you be a part of "Ooma Nation" and promote the product to your friends, but they won't reply to any forum post.
