Ooma Services Policy suggestion

Hi,

What is Ooma's policy concerning Premier Service cancellations? Our service is:

Service Level
Current service level Premier, Annual Subscription
Base service tier Ooma Basic (U.S.)
Subscription status Active, renews on Sep 19, 2020.

Change subscription

Clicking on Change Subscription displays a telephone number to call.

There are two suggested policy changes.

1. Provide a feature that allows the customer to cancel their service online without having to see this message:
"To change or cancel a subscription, please call customer service at 1-888-711-6662". If we want to cancel and don't want to have a conversation with customer service, we should be allowed to do so.

2. As a customer, we should be able to delete our own billing information in the Edit screen. Edit only allows the customer to input a new payment method.
