Request either a Windows APP or OOMA WEB Interface to call

I don't use a SMARTPHONE. I would like to see either a WINDOWS APP for OOMA Calling...
OR
A WEB INTERFACE for OOMA Calling...It could even be placed in the MYOOMA Customer Portal
so the Customer could login in to MYOOMA and make a OOMA Call from there...
Either would be OK with me...Just so I could call and receive calls on my home number on my Windows Computer(s) while traveling...Believe it or not...Not everybody uses a Smartphone...
