Add ability to export and save outgoing message

Hi,
I'm about to update my outgoing message, but before I do, I'd like to retain a copy of my current outgoing message. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to do that. I did post a message on the misc forum here to see if anyone might suggest a way to do that, but in the meantime, I thought it couldn't hurt to post the suggestion here.
