Connect to ooma hub from abroad to make phone calls

I think I saw this in the wishlist of 'oomarocks', but I wanted to bring it forward as its own request. I think it would be great to be able to connect to my home ooma hub while abroad, and place calls through my mac/pc using, for example a headset or VOIP phone device.

Hi istra, thanks for your feedback. This "softphone client" has definitely come up in development discussions before. While you can take your ooma Hub with you while you travel, it would be a lot of more convenient to use a mobile or computer software client to connect to your ooma system.
