Handsets with Phonebook Functionality

I have a Hub, so the Telo handset isn't an option.
Can anyone suggest a cordless phone that has phonebook functionality similar to a mobile (cell etc.) phone ? I would love a handset that had a large display, and most importantly, one-key speed dialing. (Assign different phone numbers to the numbers on the keypad, like I have on my mobile phone.
