Please REMOVE "1" to answer multi-ring calls
Please make removing this feature an option! I have an iPhone and since the numeric keyboard is not readily available when I answer a call it just presents problems.
Re: Please REMOVE "1" to answer multi-ring calls
Yes! I would also like to vote for the option to NOT have to press 1. It's a redundant option.
Re: Please REMOVE "1" to answer multi-ring calls
Any update on when this enhancement (along with call forwarding during network outage) will be implemented? Back in January it was mentioned that this was in the development "pipeline". Thanks...

In my home state of Connecticut, it's illegal to have the phone in your hand while driving and I don't feel comfortable grabbing the phone to press 1. Also, I use a bluetooth headset, so at the very least, is it possible to have "1" be voice recognizable thereby eliminating the need to physically press a digit?

Hi Mojo,
Any update on this? Still missing calls and almost smashed into another car trying to answer an important call. I really need my wireless handsfree system back in operation.
Thx

My vote is to remove the "press one."

I like the fact that it prompts me that it is an Ooma call on my cellphone, then press 1 to accept it.
However, I can see other's points as well. I wish on the call forwarding page it had a checkbox that said "play announcement and press 1 to accept the call forward". Then if the person checked the box it would do what it does today. If they left the box unchecked, it would simply call forward with no message and no 1 required.

I definitely would like to see it as an option. I like it the way it is now, but I can see why others would not and maybe someday I'll want to switch too.

Please don't remove it completely, just make it an option to disable the "press 1" because I forward my home phone to a work cell (in case of emergency) and I hate answering my personal calls with a work related greeting so I love having the "press 1".
