We believe we know the problem - hopefully we'll bring it back within the next few weeks.

For now going from Google to CSV to Ooma is not a big deal ...

This (import google contacts) is still not available.
I've been waiting for months to import all my contacts.
Is this still planned?

I just successfully exported contacts from Google to Outlook CSV and then imported them into my.ooma. Have you tried that?

Hi I am new to Oma and have trouble importing my Contacts file. I am using Windows 10 and exported my contacts file to a CSV file. But when I go to Ooma > Contact > Import there is no option to import. A window comes up asking me to download a iOS or Android application . What am I doing wrong, how can I import either my Windows Contact list, or from my Live Mail contact list.
Thanks in advance
Rudi

Ideally, we should be able to sync to our Gmail Contacts file either on our Android phone our computer. Same for the equivalent Apple apps.
