Hard wire a computer directly to the Home jack on the Telo and try. If the computer has wireless capability, disable it first.

No difference. Still unable to connect to the Telo. Is there a way to do a factory reset on the unit? When we first bought it we configured it so that it couldn't be configured from the outside world, which might be causing the problem. If that isn't it, what else can you suggest?

If you disabled the DHCP server, that would be a problem.

Dial the code from a phone connected to the phone jack on the Telo and then wait for it to reboot.
