I have an issue with my headset. I was told on early monday that someone would call me back. When i called for status today the person i talked with said the engineers were not responding to her. I asked for a call back later today and i did not receiver a call back.
I am one day away from returning my ooma. I'm concerned that the issues others are having with support I am too.
