This is ridiculous. I have been trying to cancel this for months. I stopped the payment on my credit card, disputed the transactions, used live chat and sat on hold for 20 minutes,

I was able to get in contact with someone quickly, who transferred me to someone else, who transferred me to a third person. The third person tried repeatedly to keep me as a customer. Finally, I got him to cancel since he confirmed that I already ported my number from Ooma. It took 14 minutes of trying to get my account cancelled, but I received a cancellation email.

It's too bad that Ooma wasn't able to resolve the original issue. At least the cancellation process seems to have gone relatively well.

I have called 5 times and I am unable to get to a human being to cancel my service - it's going in circles. ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif)
