Download Speed affected by ooma?

I have Verizon Dsl, speed is 3megs, no router installed just modem, please explain how to change my QOS settings I don't know how to do this

I assume your setup is modem>ooma>computer

with the computer plugged into the home port of the ooma.

go to setup.ooma.com and click on the advance tab and should see the QoS.
Set the speeds to about 80% of your measured speed prior to your network setup with ooma.

No not my setup my modem has its own phone jack then i have another phone jack into modem then omma behind modem
