Help, No dial tone

So it started today...
When you pick it up, no dial tone.
When someone calls, the red light flashes on base but there is no ring on the phone.
No incoming or outgoing class. The incoming calls do get logged in the call log.

Anyone know whats going on?
I just got this on black friday...5 months.

Nevermind, i think the wire died on me or something. Using another wire and it's working now.
