No calls (RED and BLUE light come and go in 5-7 min)

I am experiencing problem, RED and BLUE light come and go in 5-7 min and it did begin at about 3.00 pm EST. Edison, NJ.

The problem is systemwide (or at least nationwide). At least 4 pages of reports (pages 4-8 as of this moment) are found in this thread:

Ok.
I also noticed,
1. During this time all incoming call is going to voice msg.
2. Login page in ooma site does not recognize phone# and correct password NOR forgot password page works.
Hope these will get resolve at same time. Thanks.

All the issues occurring right now are being cause by the same problem...an internet outage on ooma's end. ooma is working with their ISP to get things fixed as quickly as possible.

how do I power cycle hub? Unplug for 30 seconds to 1 minute? I did this now 1 and 2 buttons are red but not on scout.

Same here. I think it's related to the system wide outage.
