Maybe it is just my phone, but when I log in to the Mobile site, a dialog pops up to download dashboard.bin. It will not get to the Portal. It used to work...is this an Android issue or Portal issue? I have tried the Android stock browser and the Dolphin browser.

I'm having the same problem with safari on my iPhone. I don't think it's an android problem.
