I also losted a folder I had made that had Voicemail in it.
Well that is only good if they restore it for me because I will not see it otherwise.Morac wrote:That unfortunately is normal. The old email is still archived until the end of January.justme wrote:I just made the upgrade but lost all the Voicemail I had.

They need to have a pop up or something saying things about folders you made and also about the PIN number.
How many numbers can be used for the PIN number and if you want to change the PIN number how do you change it because I sure can't find it anywhere.
Mine is off line right now also. Ooma must be working on it.justme wrote:Thank you thunderbird.
I now have the voicemail downloaded.
The link to the pin at https://my.ooma.com/voicemail still does not show where to change the pin.
Just what is the pin number for?
Are you a Premium subscriber? Audio emails only work for subscribers. If you are check your preferences. It's still working for me.traders2 wrote:I also lost my audio file attachment. I send all voicemails to my tmobile cell # as text messages which include the audio file attachment so I can listen to voicemails without having to call home. The audio file attachment is no longer being sent with the message. When will this be corrected in OOMA?
