Call Log Calls Mssing

I have no calls appearing in my call log for the last 4 days. The last day I see calls from is 2/6. Is it just me?

Try removing power from your Ooma device for 20 minutes. Then repower your Ooma device. Access My Ooma and check your logs.

Cybernaut - did this suggestion work for you? I just noticed that MyOoma isn't showing any call log detail more recent than 2/10, so the problem isn't limited to just you.

My call logs are correctly showing calls for 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14th.

No calls logged since Sunday 2/12/12.

Try the one hour power off, which includes one more Ooma profile parameter. Then repower the Ooma Device.

If that still doesn't work, contact Ooma Customer Support:

I am now suffering from the lack of call logs. I've disconnected for 20 minutes plus and the call logs start again. After a few days they stop logging again. Anyone else suffering from this?

I am using an ooma hub.

My Hub's call log stopped logging since noon Monday; sometime this morning, all entries showed up until current.

Mine stopped yesterday, Feb 21. My last logged call was 5:03 pm. I haven't had a chance to pull the plug on the hub, so I'll wait awhile and see what happens.

No problem with mine. I was getting them up until I unplugged mine yesterday while I modified the physical networking in my house. It was unplugged for more than one hour. My logs are still be captured as expected today.
