I guess it shouldn't be surprising that "Contacts" still shows in my.ooma.com with an attribute of "beta".

I changed some phone numbers and added some new names several days ago, and while the changes persist when I go back on the web site, they have not propagated to my Ooma handset.

On the handset

Service Settings
Sync config
Change

I did that on the handset several times -- no effect.

Tried "Sync" under my ooma Contacts and it works fine. For edits as well as new entries.

I tried sync from the OOMA web site and also from my HD3 handset. Neither option would sync my updated contacts list. Tried many times, waited days for sync -- no joy.

I found a trick. Using your handset delete one of your contacts then sync on the handset. Your contacts will magically sync.

So I added some dummy numbers to my contact list. Now when I update my contacts I just delete one of the dummy numbers on the handset and the contacts sync.
