Suggestion - add a remote 'reboot' option
My Telo now has v91813 which includes a "Reboot' button under Tools > System. Also, Call Statistics are back. Nice job, Ooma.

Re: Suggestion - add a remote 'reboot' option
Sorry for bumping an old thread.
Having remote reboot in the Telo setup is great for when I am home. Are there any plans to add a remote reboot option from the My Ooma page? My reason for remote reboot is that on occasion my Panasonic cordless phone connected to the phone port on the Telo goes to 1-way communication. The calling party can hear me, but I cannot hear them. My HD2 handset continues to work fine. To remedy the problem, I simply power cycle the Telo and everything is back to normal. I don't have to do anything at all with the Panasonic cordless. Unfortunately, my wife can't power cycle the Telo when the problem occurs, so she has to wait for me to get home to get the phones working again. This issue has happened maybe 6 times across multiple firmware releases.

I don't see it; was this requested feature removed in a later firmware version?VegasGuy wrote:My Telo now has v91813 which includes a "Reboot' button under Tools > System. Also, Call Statistics are back. Nice job, Ooma.

I can not find this either. Ooma, I would love to have this. There have been many times where I have needed to reset the Ooma, but had to wait until I got home to unplug the Ooma in order to reset it so it works. Remote reboot would be nice to have.VegasGuy wrote:My Telo now has v91813 which includes a "Reboot' button under Tools > System. Also, Call Statistics are back. Nice job, Ooma.

I can't find that screen. I have a "myooma" screen but no "mytelo" screen.murphy wrote:It is in my Telo.

Connect a computer, via a LAN cable, to the Telo Home jack. If the computer has wireless capability, turn it off.
