No name outgoing CID.. after 3 weeks.

My outgoing Caller ID still shows "Michigan Call". A lot of people won't answer thinking its a telemarketer. The number wasn't a port as it was an Ooma number. Any ideas how long it takes to get my name on the ID?

The usual statement is 10 business days.
Ooma does not transmit your caller ID name. No phone company does. The receiving phone company looks up the number in whatever database they use to get your name. There are a lot of caller ID databases in the country and they all have to be updated before your caller ID name will work correctly.

You can try calling other landline carriers to see if your callerid name all show as "Michigan"
Maybe call Ooma customer service to tell them if no one has it right.

Will do, definitely tomorrow. Will update if it ever comes to a resolution.
