So I was quite excited about using a VOIP phone, ordered it from Costco got it and the HD2 handset didnt work...
I should have stopped there. But I called custoner support, they sent me to level 2 and sent me a phone. It took over a week for it to arrive and it was a used replacement. DOH! I called em back and they appologized, sent a new phone that took over a week to get here.
So everything is going well for a couple weeks and then my phone updates. It has to re-register with the base unit, but this time needs a pin. Uh... Pin? I call customer support and they can't figure it out. They say level 2 is too busy and will call me back. They don't. I call a couple days later. Support has me do the same things that didn't work again, say that level 2 support is busy and will call me back. They don't call me back again!! WTF!?!?! Call today... Their phone system is down. OMG. This is becoming a process of banging my head against a wall, repetedly.
I have to believe I am not the only one to have such a horrible customer service experience. Please, let's vent!

Meantime, get a regular phone system from Costco and plug that into Telo's phone port and enjoy the system.
