Service Address - Canada & US??

We are 'Snowbirds' and spend the summer in Canada and the winter in Florida. My unit is registered in Canada so my Canadian address is the 'Service Address' BUT I'd like to be able to change it to my Florida address when we have it installed in Florida. The only address that the Service Address will accept is a Canadian address. PROBLEM

OOMA is a great device for us with both our Ontario and Florida phone numbers on the unit. How do I set the Service Address to Florida for 5 months??

Tried it, never succeeded. It is a PITA with the mandatory 911 location setting, but not my problem says Ooma.
