Feature Setup Percentage?
For some reason my " Enable privacy enhancements" will not stay enabled, every week I have to go back in and enable it?
Anybody run into that?

Try setting your Privacy settings under the "Preferences" tab rather than from the Dashboard. I found that using the Dashboard to do this often resulted in the settings not sticking. Just make sure that all your preferences are where you want them, then pay no attention to the "setup percentage" on the Dashboard.

I have the same problem as described above. My Blacklist works for awhile, but then keeps getting turned off the setup completion keeps going back to 87%.

Same thing for me as well, Personal Blacklist stays enable for a few days then disables...

I am getting this frequently as well. I never know that it has happened unless i login to the portal for something. I don't know what Ooma is doing on the back end that keeps causing this to get reset.txfeinbergs wrote:I have the same problem as described above. Two days ago I was adding a number to my black list and saw call get blocked message.
I know I set this to go to voice mail
Reset to go to voice mail.
Just checked again and it was reset to get blocked message.
Checked my other number same thing.
Something is changing our settings!

Seems like kind of a poor fix, any fix for this in site?
